8.0Good location for visiting surrounding areas only 10 to 20 minutes drive away to seaside towns Skegness and Ingoldmells as well as RAF Conningsby and East Kirkby Aviation sites.
− There was only one mirror in the bathroom, could have done with one in the bedrooms.
Superb, clean well equipped cottage in a rural setting.
10.0Lovely cottage which was very clean and well presented with a nice small garden on the edge of the caravan park. It was very quiet, attractive and situated just outside the village of Burgh. The cottage was very bright with nice comfortable beds and had a very nice, light bathroom with a good shower.
− The property doesn’t have WiFi, but it didn’t bother us as we wanted the peace and quiet.

− Farmers scarifying the fields so had a few flies .But we brought some fly papers despite this it was a lovely place to stay

− Oven didn't work, sofa need replacing
We’re stayed at both cottage’s over the years that are very basic but it’s lovely peace and quiet and fishing is fantast
10.0The cottage is very clean lovely to stay in.
− Could do with free WiFi plus some under shelter outside for smokers when it rains plus a gate put in outside the patio doors and a ashtray to keep the patio cleaner. Also fishing should be included in the price for people staying there.
