A estadia foi muito boa devido às visitas em locais turísticos e há muito o que fazer em Fortaleza.
5.0O condomínio é muito bom, com muitas ofertas de lazer como piscina, sauna, sala de jogos, etc... A caminhada para a praia do futuro é bem curta. O condomínio fica a mais ou menos meia hora de carro dos principais pontos de interesse na cidade.
− Por se tratar de localização próximo ao litoral, o apartamento tem muitos pontos deteriorados por conta da umidade e corrosão. Muitas peças de MDF inchadas e portas internas que fecham com dificuldade. As TV do quarto tem falhas na tela e a TV da sala não tem acesso à internet por wifi. A sala é quente carecendo de ar condicionado ou ventilador de teto.
