Redroof doesn’t respect their costumers
2.0We booked a stay from April 11 through April 25 and on April 15 we were kicked out of the hotel together with every guest because they had a court order agents shutting down the hotel with less than 2 hours notice to its guests on April 15,2026. I am beyond angry. They basically stolen 2 weeks from us. I have not received any reimbursement from them and probably never will. I end up having to pay for another hotel at least second. I’m beyond frustrated that corporate is not even addressing this problem. I will never ever use this Hotel brand again. They have no respect for they paying customers 🤬🤬🤬All we got was a crappy notice on everyone’s doors 2 hours before getting kicked out by court agents 🤬So disrespectful

4.0A localização, precisava de um hotel na estrada para seguir viagem rapidamente.
− O quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de cigarro, tivemos que dormir com o banheiro aberto com exaustor ligado pra conseguir ficar lá, já era muito tarde e não compensava pedir outro quarto, pois ia passar apenas 6 horas lá. O banheiro estava sujo, privada suja, não tive coragem de tomar banho. Acredito que outros hotéis na mesma localização sejam melhores e tenham o mesmo preço de diária.

− Everything. Place is falling apart and it looks like something out of a murder scene. The bathroom was so filthy with urine all over the seat and floor. Not clean at all
