Heartless spot charged me for night even after checking out

− Horrible TV reception (unwatchable freezing) , roaches, no bars of soap, group of guess BBQ’d outside in the parking lot til 3am. Paid for 2 nights but left after one and they won’t refund the night I didn’t stay!!

1.0− Property charged my card the security deposit along with the booking.com fee. When I contacted the property they said they did not. I advised them the transaction posted to my account and is on my statement. They then said that it will be returned to my bank in 3-5 business days - it did not. When I attempted to contact them again - they refused to answer the phone. Very unprofessional.
