2.0Horrible!! When we checked in our room did not have water. Told the guy at the front desk and he got it back on. The shower leaked the whole time after he turned it on. The cable in the rooms did not work. Told the guy at the front desk and he claimed the cable was out. The sheets had stains on them, the bathroom had mold, old toothpaste on the sink, hair on the wall, food on the chair. The air conditioner was very very loud. People was going in and out of rooms all night/morning long. People outside in the parking lot talking loud. They finally went in the room about 4:30am and could still hear them thru the walls.

2.0Staff was efficient and friendly. The room was disgusting. As an example, in our non-smoking room, the bedspread had six cigarette holes in it. The AC had a bad smell, and the bathroom was so gross - run down, rusty, moldy shower curtain, punch holes in the door, etc.

1.0− The man at the desk was so rude. He accused me of lying about being the renter of the room and tried not to reset my door key. He was gross and it was awful.

2.0Do not let the nice pictures fool you! We reserved a room thinking it would be a nice enough place for a cheap price. There were homeless people EVERYWHERE at the property. You expect some being in the location that it is, but this was more than expected and it made you feel uneasy that your car was going to get broken into or even your room. Then we get checked into our room....the toilet was broken (had to go to Burger King next door to use the restroom), there were burn marks in the carpet, stains on the sheets, no remote for the TV and no way to turn it on otherwise. The air conditioning unit was ungodly loud and didnt do anything to cool the room down. There was a horrible smell in the room and even leaving the door open, we could not get it out. The ONLY good thing about this stay was the woman working the front counter. I spoke to her about the concerns with our room after a trip to Burger King in order to use the restroom and asked only for our second night to be refunded, as we can't stay in a room that has no working toilet. She was understanding and courteous. She never gave an attitude, she never made me feel like i was complaining over nothing, she was amazing. I know i wouldnt have gotten the same response if it was one of the other employees working there. You expect to compromise on some things when you get a cheaper hotel room. There are just some things that I cannot compromise on and a working bathroom is one of those things.
Don't stay here
