Excelente Hotel - Excelente atención
10.0Segunda vez que me hospedo aqui. Es un hotel con una extraordinaria ubicación, muy buenas instalaciones y cuenta con un personal muy amable y simpatico. Accedieron siempre de forma rápida a todas mis solicitudes, yendo incluso más allá de aquello a lo que estaban obligados. Tuve una excelente estancia, lo seguiré recomendando y, sin duda, volveré.

− 1 Temmuz tarihinde booking aracılığıyla Catalonia Boulevard 4 sup otelden 18-22 Temmuz tarihleri için tek kişilik kahvaltı dahil süperior oda satın aldım. Bu oda için 22.817,23 tl ödeme yaptım. otele giriş yapmak için geldiğimde teknik bir sorun olduğunu ve beni başka bir otele(istediğim konumdan çok daha uzak bir yer) göndereceklerini, booking.com a bu bilgiyi ilettiklerini söylediler. Eğer kabul etmezsem de paramı iade edebileceklerini söylediler. Fakat bu bilgiyi check in sırasında öğrenince maalesef kendim alternatif bir otel bulamadım bulduklarım ise çok pahalıydı. Mevcut otelde konaklamak istersem gece başına 260 Euro ödemem gerektiğini söylediler. Fakat bu fiyat şu anda booking.com dan tekrar rezervasyon yapsam bile çok yüksek olduğu için sıfırdan superior oda için rezervasyon yaptım. Bu oda için ise 887 Euro ödeme yaptım ve kahvaltı bile dahil değil. İlk odanın İptalini yaptıklarını en geç 15 gün içinde kartıma yatacağını söylediniz. Resmen dolandırıcılık!! Ayrıca iki konaklamanında tamamlandığı maili geldi, belli ki parayı iade etmeyeceksiniz. Daha önceden çok daha ucuza satınaldığım odayı benden daha fazla para talep ettiğiniz için kullanamadım ve iki katından fazla para ödemek zorunda kaldım. Berbat bir otelsiniz, her yere şikayet edeceğim.

10.0The staffs were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our room was upgraded and was able to check in early.
− The pool is too shallow to swim, but was useful to cool down in the hot days.
