Great time at hotel Eliza!
9.0Great location, walking distance to all the main attractions. The room is spacious and the staff is super lovely and accomodating! Tasty breakfast every morning as well.
− The only issue we had is the WiFi connection in our room that was not very strong.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Eliza Hotel and would especially like to highlight the exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Special thanks go to the hotel manager and the reception team, whose care and personal attention throughout our stay were truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful little extras, such as complimentary drinking water available to guests. The hotel arranged our airport transfer, and when the specific vehicle we had booked did not arrive, the staff immediately and fairly resolved the situation by offering compensation towards our return transfer. They also kindly helped us choose a hammam and recommended some of Istanbul’s most interesting sights in a friendly and unobtrusive way. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it ideal both for sightseeing and shopping. It is clear that the team genuinely cares about its guests and their comfort. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant! We will definitely be happy to stay at Eliza Hotel again on our next visit to Istanbul.
− It would be better to verify the services of other recommended companies. Their lower quality unnecessarily detracts from the impression of the hotel's excellent service. However, our feedback was warmly received.
