− I am still waiting for my refund, I couldnt stay the room, you got roaches, mice all over, AC isnt working. The room smells, bathroom stink and dirty

Not a great time this trip
2.0First I want to say I've had good luck with this place the last time I stayed.. I was there July 2 and 3...this trip got into my room and found no towels which was rectified. The second day the wifi went out at 230pm and never came on again. I called to the front desk and the guy said the wifi was working for him. So I went down with my two phones and laptop. He then connected me to the biz wifi which didn't work in my room. He said he would call tech support and asked don't you have data on your phone? Like I said it never came on and when I checked out I asked for a discount and the desk clerk said he'd have to check with management and they would contact me. They never did.
