1.0I checked in and never went back. Location was not the hotel I thought I booked. Very sketchy area. Bed was hard when I sat on it. Don’t feel comfortable enough to say the night there. Did not complain jus did not rerun
Needs better cleaning & maintenance - won’t be returning.
4.0Firm, bagged mattresses were comfy & safe to sleep on. No signs of bed bugs on the outside. The a/c was cold, and the shower was hot with good pressure. No noise from neighbors and lots of parking were appreciated, and location is very convenient.
− Floors were so dirty my feet were black, comforter was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke. The room was not cleaned properly and the interior is very poorly maintained. Also, lots of flies in the room when we arrived.

− Dirty bathroom. Tub was not usable. Sloppy finish work. Silicone used to fill in misaligned pieces .
