5.0The location and cost.
− Mold on our ceiling, room smelled weird. When we got there, the door was open. I pushed it open without even using my card. The microwave took forever to heat up leftover food we had. Stains on the bed skirt. I tried calling for new towels since they never replaced ours and none came.
Friendly staff person, room and property were less than desired.
2.0The front desk staff, who seemed to be the only person working, was friendly, helpful, responsive, and kind.
− The room smelled musty. The floor was dirty. The a/c was very loud. The mattress was lumpy. Although it was a no smoking room, there people smoking right outside my door and it came into the room.

− We had no power upon arrival, half power through the night and then full power by day 2. Wouldn’t been nice to offer some compensation for the inconvenience the first night
