6.0I came in early and there's normally a $25 early check-in fee but the guy waved it for me and then he also upgraded my room to a room with a refrigerator and a microwave and no extra charge that was very nice of him.

4.0Honestly you should give me back our money. The place was sorry with roaches and mold and sheets were dirty and comforter had burn holes everywhere. It's a terrible place. Customer was great tho but couldn't fix anything
