2.0Took thirty minutes to wake up lady at desk She pops her head up from desk Get to room 20 minutes later. No hot water, no TV. Take thirty minutes to find another room Room has hot water but no television again this was piss poor customer service

6.0So when I arrived at the hotel they informed me that there was no cable, and no WiFi. I was told this at the hotel not before. When I checked to see about canceling the price was more than I cared for. So I ended up staying. I will let the pictures speak for the room. I wasn’t anything like the pictures in the ad on your site.
