− It wasn’t dirty however it didn’t give the impression of a super clean room. The room was too dark and makes you feel crowded

10.0I love the valet parking for car The meal and service at the restaurant also the convenience of not having to leave hotel for dinner or breakfast.

4.0The front staff and cleaning staff were very nice and the room was clean and tidy.
− The location of the room for a 5 star hotel was not good at all. The reception was on the 5th floor and my room was on the 1st floor. Paying almost $350 a night should have gotten a room with a much better view and not a basement room.
