Nao voltaria
Wouldn't stay again, reasonable price for location, poor contract with the property, could be better
4.0The location was ideal and the housekeeper friendly. Segregated areas in the fridge and kitchen cupboards useful. The provided bath mat for use with the shower was useful given it was shared facilities, so rather than using a wet mat. Also the fact that the housekeeper left spare toilet rolls in rooms. Nice touch with earplugs as this was needed and the other guests being completely out of the property 's control. Lock to enter house is a numerical code, handy not to have a key as didn't like risk of losing one. The digi pin lock was a bit much as had to key in pin to safely close the door behind you when heading to bathroom etc. Decent hangers for the wardrobe and hanging clothing Lots of plugs including usb Comfortable pillows and duvet (bed different from pictured) Lighting on in the approach to the front door sensors, very bright for keeping in codes useful. Shower on top floor was powerful
− The property was listed as having 3 bathrooms, that's not the case. The top floor had a shower, sink and toilet in a room, where the rooms had access. The middle floor (green room I started) where there's two rooms (could have had 4 people in my room) had only a shower cubicle and sink. The ground floor only had a WC toilet and sink. So not if a stretch saying 3 bathrooms. The noise, from upstairs the floors are wooden tile so every step, was heard, doors beeping(codes) and slamming etc plus the washing machine had a very long cycle so late night use was a lot for my room being above the kitchen so avoid the green room if that's something you wouldn't want. I was working there for the week so it was a lot to deal with. The beeping anytime anyone opened a door they had to key in a code. Carpets peeling away on top floor outside bathroom, I sent detail to the owner re:broken drawer, few bulbs out,wc downstairs tap staying on too long and soaking the floor is a push tap like in public toilets The fact I stayed a week and didn't have access to further towels/ replenishment of anything coffee tea wise or emptied bins. I wanted the towel to reuse it. This is why I know the 3hr long cycle was unnecessary. The communication from the property. I had booked for 2 person, colleague was meant to be staying with me Friday. Was told days before that there would be an additional cost for linen to use the sofa bed even though that's the reason I paid for a film with two beds. That I should share a bed apparently as a double is for 2. After the lack of toilet facilities according to the original listing she chose to stay elsewhere anyway. The awful communication from the property on checking out, it was sufficient throughout the week, just bear in mind if your travelling solo as not nice to be messed around. Or not have them reachable for any issues.
Accomodation close to Tower Bridge
8.0Location was close to Tower Bridge, a convenience store within a minute walk, staff were accomodating through message
− The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but not a major issue
Will stay there again if they have space
8.0Excellent location. Good comms with the team running it. All worked very well.
− It is not very soundproof so you do hear the other guests. But if you have good other guests it works really well. As i had.
