8.0No breakfast as such butcomplimentary tea/coffee chocolate croissant/biscuits also fruit which was perfect for us.

9.0Clean, spacious room with every amenity needed for an overnight stay. The owner greeted on arrival and could not have been more welcoming. Everything here is done with the comfort of guests in mind and to the forefront

8.0Hosts room and facilities all excellent. Lovely free items for snack breakfast. Only negative was people in room next to mine did not stop talking very loudly til gone 4am so no sleep that night
