2.0This place isn’t described how it’s supposed to be. It doesn’t have a pool like they say they do. The guy that works the desk is a drunk smelled straight like alcohol. They wanted me and my mother in law to clean up the glass this is when we walked in the room at 11 pm our room should’ve been the same if it got checked before check in time. Me and my mother in law would’ve been dead if we came in at 3 pm. They wanted us to clean up the glass at first left glass out in the hallway when there is 3 year olds running up the hall with no shoes on.. Worst place to stay in Youngstown, Ohio!!!!! Don’t stay there.
