5.0Location is good, cost is reasonable, Rooms are decent size and clean.
− Bath room shower is broken, nothing in Common area like drinks/food etc, no breakfast, didnt see any lift, rennovation in progress

− I would only suggest for accessibility to have an elevator

9.0Room is big and very clean. Beds are also comfortable and location is superb. It is near to watkins glen state park and have lot of food options near by.
− Bathroom is bit small and it will be good if they provide hair dryer

5.0The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly, accommodating a couple small special requests. Close to a few restaurants.
− There was a random thrumming sound every night that went on and off, on and off until midnight. We were there a week and couldn’t track down the source of the sound, and it made falling asleep difficult. There was no breakfast included.
