9.0My family and I opened the door to our room, went in, and said, "Wow!" Everything was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the towels were fresh, the room was bright, and we could see our car in the parking lot. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The hotel is conveniently located near everything: a gas station, restaurants, and of course, the famous waterfalls. What stands out most is the staff's attention. There's nothing more valuable than a smile and the feeling of receiving personalized service. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that one of the front desk staff members speaks Spanish. In short, it's a highly recommended place for the price-quality value.

8.0I love how close this hotel is for everything we need to do ...and last minute stores etc. love the price !!! Love that there's a pool and a hot tub (but not so much when it's down for maintenance...but also completely understand this happened!!)
