The property was presented well apart from the fact that there were huge boxes stacked against the wall downstairs making the place look untidy. There was nowhere to hang or store any clothes, there was no bin in the bedroom, there was only one set of towels and it was advertised online that there is a smart TV in every room and there was not any TV in my room. I would not have minded sharing a property however during the middle of the night there were very frightening raised male voices, and I felt very unsafe to be sharing a property during the explosive argument that occurred and woke me up. There was no one for us to contact during this, and it made me frightened to remain in the property, however I was unable to leave without passing through the area where these people were. There was quite a bit of commotion during the night. I have contacted both ebookers and the property direct about this and am yet to receive a resolution. I am still awaiting further contact from the property and have been since 15 December.

Friendly people and my review would have been positive despite a couple of issues to give them a chance however, I have asked for a receipt twice for an upgrade i paid direct and have not received it. Lovely contemporary room with a big TV and a really high tech unit next to bed but I don't know what it did. Lights high tech so took a minute or so working out how to turn on and off but not an issue. Big TV but no remote. They said last user of room must have taken it. Not sure why I should be penalised! Shaving hairs on shower wall so not cleaned properly. I would have stayed here again but i despise having to ask twice for something as simple as a receipt.
