Overall, quiet and staff was great.

− No towel racks in washroom, and air-conditioning was leaking.
It was not great. And there was no compensation from the hotel. We will not be staying there today

− Toilet wasn’t working even after being “fixed”. We had to go to the lobby to use the bathroom. The shower was full of soap scum and the shower head hadn’t been cleaned in a while and it was very noisy to shower.
