1.0− The motel would not except your confirmation and I did NOT stay there. Your customer service representative said I would get a full refund. This trip was a nightmare!
HORRIFIC and scary.
1.0Nothing, but there was no where to move to. Several people we know did check out and stayed 15 miles away from the event.
− The motel is run down, it is filthy, there were dead flowers in the room above a picture. one picture was off the wall and just resting against the wall. I had to dust the head boards and lamp, and tables in order to set stuff down. No breakfast, no coffee, pool was closed, and mold/green in the bottom of it. The owner/operator, the only person we saw at the front desk was sleeping behind the front desk area. He yelled at other guests who questioned if they could see their room first, he told one man he needed to be Beheaded, and to get the F out, and kept calling him horrible names. I had to throw my socks away after walking on the carpet, they were ruined. They are part of the Choice Hotel chains, and should be removed as they do NOT meet the standards! We found cigarette ashes in the desk drawer! Weeds everywhere, overgrown and trashy. Windows haven't been cleaned in years. And they are street level. We have photo's that I can add later. And the video.
We went to Burger King next door for coffee
6.0The breakfast was slim to none. Very help yourself, cereal and fruit, coffee lights were off and no one came out while customers came in.
− The original key/room we were given went to an un prepared room, tv, bathroom light was on and bed was unmade. I went back to office and was given another room/key. Attendant said he would speak to housekeeping.

Absolutely Rotten. Unfortunately every other hotel was sold out

− My room still had trash in it from the previous guests, it was not mentioned until we got there that there was a $40 charge per room and then when I asked about the receiving the deposit back they said it could take 2 weeks to a month depending on how our room looked
