− no me gustó que la administración nos dijo que no incluía el desayuno ya que ya m he hospedado y siempre dan el desayuno americano me quedé otro día y no llevaron lo que corresponde el jabón el shampu cambiar toallas y ni otro desayuno sabiendo que ya hice la reservación directa

− Dirty, very outdated, the rooms had lots of cockroaches and other insects, towels and bed sheets were very old and with holes.

10.0Lo amplio de las habitaciones, el desayuno incluido, teníamos estacionamiento afuera de la habitación; podíamos entrar y salir a cualquier hora. Lo mejor es que son pet friendly. Muy amable el personal. Sin duda vuelvo a regresar a playa azul.
− Que somos una familia de 4, el hotel no tiene habitaciones familiares y tuvimos que utilizar dos habitaciones, pero no es algo que incomode, estuvimos a gusto.
