TAWA (Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority) and the NCAA (Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority) are two of many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the relevant wildlife areas of Tanzania. Please note WMA/TAWA/NCA fees, or any other conservation fees, must be paid at the lodge reception or the entrance gate from TAWA, along with any Tourism Development Levies, Village Fees and Gate Fees that may be applicable. These fees are highlighted in the tax section when making the reservation. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to make the arrangements to settle these extras.
For bookings of up to 5 rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
