5.0The friendly staff and comfy bed
− First off my husband and I along with our toddler son didn’t check in till about 7 / 8 pm because all we needed the hotel for was a fresh shower and sleep and when I was showering there was absolutely NO conditioner. Idk how you guys could not have the ability to make sure the products are filled even when we checked in so late. And to top it off my husband calls while I’m in the shower to tell the front desk we have no conditioner and lets them know I was in the shower in hopes of some urgency and NOBODY EVER CAME. that’s insane to me. Also we’ve been staying here 4-5 years and the continental breakfast is always something we love and this year’s was just mediocre which also didn’t help my stay.

9.0Located near a variety of restaurants and a target for any last minute necessities. The staff is so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was great. The room was spacious and comfortable. I wish I could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the amenities!

10.0Lot of food options for breakfast. Quiet despite being in the middle of activity. Close to everything (stores, restaurants). Nice lobby, clean gym.
