− The room wasn’t that clean. Smelled and had some dead bugs around

6.0− Room was very small and wasn't much for breakfast, we passed it and went down the road to a gas station and got a donut to hold us over till lunch.
Used to stay here every time I came to Rapid City I will never stay at this hotel ever again

− No hot tub beds weren’t comfortable, didn’t care for the remodeling workers working at 6:30 this morning in the next room over

− The room was unclean, not what we booked (booked first floor private entrance access - got third floor), facilities were under construction that we weren't notified about, charged additional fees we weren't told about, no breakfast available as advertised, other guests were loud and intoxicated.
