Always a great stay
10.0Very nice people working there....from check in to check out. Room very nice and clean Excellent customer service...had issues from leaving key in room to the remote control not working . Was taken care of immediately.....
Wonderful place to stay
10.0Great place to stay when in the area for work or play and the staff are all amazing. Rooms are clean and modern, nice bar-sitting area and pool. Just an all around wonderful experience every time I'm there in town for business.
Family gatherings
10.0The ladies that were working, were absolutely wonderful! They made sure the room was clean and the tables were where I needed them. They checked in on us periodically through the day, attended the bar when needed, and also fixed us a fresh pot of coffee. This will be the third event my family is held at this locations. I'm sure we'll be back again. Thank you Rivertown Inn for a wonderful place to have a small event. The bonus to renting this space for a family gathering, the kids and adults, If they choose can go swimming in the Michigan shaped swimming pool.
Good hotel
10.0The hotel is always nice and clean with staff that is friendly and helpful. The children love the Michigan shaped pool! It is a good value for what you get although I wish it included breakfast. We have stayed at the hotel and know what to expect.

8.0very nice and quiet. but you need to turn the heat up in the pool area. both in the pool and outside the pool. One day I hope you put a hot tub in the pool area. I stay at your hotel a few times a year.
Rivertown Inn
8.0Have bigger tv in the rooms. I like staying here! Convenient for visiting family! Microwave in the room would be nice, but there is one in the common area. Convenience stores, grocery all close by. Restaurants in town just down the street. Dollar stores include Family Dollar which is very clean, well stocked and organized. Hotel has a very nice staff!
