2.0Staying with 3 children and Bugs were in the room, tried to speak to front desk and no one was around. No soap in the room, only shampoo and was not enough, should’ve given more effort in cleaning the room.

2.0Flight got canceled !! Was stuck in Houston and was not going to get to Florida until 2 days later. They refused and cancel my reservation cause I called 40 min past the cut off. So not only is my trip all messed up but no one wants to help either ! They all just want their money ! I will never book there again !
Barely acceptable
4.0The motel is ok if it’s the only place you can stay. If you have a choice, stay somewhere else. Our stay was filled with killing bugs in our rooms, with dirty (stained) sheets, and the a/c units didn’t cool the room very well.
