Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier T.Nagar. Et le personnel était au top !

The stay fell short of the standards expected of a Presential Suite
6.0− I was not satisfied with my stay in the Presidential Suite. For a suite of this category, I expected better attention to basic amenities and guest convenience. Simple essentials such as tissues were not provided, which was disappointing. In addition, the bathroom taps were confusing to operate and not user-friendly. Clear labelling or instructions would have improved the experience significantly. Cleanliness were also below expectations. The room service food serving trays were not clean, and in-room cups were dirty as well. This raised concerns about hygiene standards and negatively affected the overall experience. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations associated with a Presential Suite, and I hope improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for future guests.
