Great location, shame about the management company!
3.0The Location was good as always. I have been several times before.
− I feel that each time i ago the facilities are getting worse and the communications skills with the Helo Wealth Management was awful. For the amount of money we paid for the flat it did not meet our expectations. On the last day there was confused as to when we were meant to be leaving. As the communication had been that we were to leave on a day that the Management company had stipulated and then suddenly the cleaner arrived the day before. Basically we were thrown out or they offered to let us stay another night but we had to pay an extra day. Let's not forget that it was this said wealth management company who had made the mistake. Extremely poor skills by this company! My wife was is pregnant and this will be our last holiday for a long time. We have been very loyal clients of the Paredones Houses. I have paid for most of my wife's family to stay at these facilities since 2021 on holidays. Each time more things are broken and poorer communications. I think for the Loyalty we have shown, the way were treated by Helo Wealth Management is extremely poor!
Rememberable place where only you decide how to spend your time.
10.0Swimming pool is clean and big enough. Neighborhood is so quiet, you can truly rest there. Good place to watch the stars. 2 bathrooms makes this place even more comfortable. Distance to the seaside is acceptable, roads are in very good condition.
