Clean and tidy good for a night or two
8.0Perfect for two people. Clean and looked after! I feel bad because there's a lot more negative but it is a lovely place so don't let it put you off definitely worth a stay for a night or two! just more (hopefully) constructive feedback than actual negatives!
− Check in could be a simple message instead it's a cumbersome phonecall. The man is lovely but we had to wait 10 minutes for a phonecall to check in and then another 10-15minutes on the phone while he explained everything. Write it down and people will figure it out. If they can't, make yourself available for the phone call then, there is no reason to make life hard for yourself and others. No information regarding check out in the binder. Online check out says midnight.you might want to update that. The only really bad thing is the mattress - a cheap spring mattress that offers no support. After the second night my back really started to hurt. We were going to try to extend but after the second night I just couldn't take it anymore. We moved to a different place close by. Small things but would make a nice update to what we had. - No where to put your shoes - shoe rack - No where to hang things - hooks in the hallway or hangers in the closet - No bin bags - but was told to take the bins out everyday - half a toilet roll with no more on the cupboard- really? - Shower ledge to put shampoo conditioner etc- small shower so bending down to get shampoo etc. off the floor is a little difficult - Microwave oven - simple thing to cook with if you're staying for one night the setup is fine but anymore and it gets a bit annoying not being able to cook anything. Its an extremely large fridge for only a microwave. A little toaster oven would go a long way. - upgrade the mattress - change the door to open outward on the laundry room. Seems crazy having it open Inward to just block the machines.
