4.0Strange experience. When I went to check in, the manager said the room had been cancelled earlier in the week, due to a plumbing problem. Fortunately, a room was available, so we had a place to stay. But I wasn't told the reservation had been cancelled earlier. On top of that, they demanded a credit card payment, even though I had prepaid through Hotels.com. The manager said I had to contact Hotels.com for a refund. I asked why they wouldn't do that for us. Didn't they tell Hotels.com that it had been cancelled? Strange

2.0There was nothing that I liked about this property. The walls were dingy, the towels left in the room were dingy and hard, my dog has better towels at home. The AC kept shutting off all night causing the temperature to fluctuate the whole time. The blankets felt like curtains, and one of the bedframes made a loud sound when you'd sit down on it. The faucet water was almost in a slimy state and could have made someone sick. The walls did not keep the sound of passing traffic out. Would not recommend.

2.0This is the nastiest, most disgusting hotel I have ever step foot in. I had checked in and sat in the room for less than 5 mins and went to the check out counter and demanded a refund and checked out of the hotel.

2.01st: they said our reservation was cancelled but we never got notification of this. They said they let expedia know, but we booked through hotels.com. 2nd: they said they did have rooms and would honor what our quoted rate was, which was a good thing. 3rd: room appeared clean, but the one pillow and bed looked like someone had laided down on it, the sheets and bedspreads had cigarette burn holes and the floor wasnt swept. 4th: the a/c dial to regulate the temp was broken. I had to use my fingernail to get the temp to turn colder. 5th: advertisement stated had a continental breakfast, but when I went down to get coffee, was told by the clerk they dont offer any. 6th: the clerk was sleeping when I came to get coffee and was back to sleep when we went to check out.
