− I was charge 2 times for my stay. After getting home I realised. I had to call the email then sent statement doc. to them so they could check but after 3 days the money was returned. But that was not good enough.
Well located and parking option is great also.

− The check in process could be improved. 1 staff member on - I then tried to self check in and found it a little confusing on how to get they card keyed. Another staff member finally come over and assisted.
