Disappointed as I’ve stayed there many times.

− The bathroom smelled like mildew, damp rags. I was charged twice on my card and the front desk didn’t seem to know how to take care of this issue.

2.0Very incompetent service here. The hotel completely messed up the charges on our bookings. I tried to get hold of the Manger (Sal) to rectify the situation, but he didn't answer my many calls or emails. I have not come across such bad admin in a long time at a hotel. No offer to compensate the time wasted to sort it all out.
