− The bedsheets were dirty, same for the wall covered with mold. The room provided was different from the one booked in Booking.com We had to change hotel the same night and they didn't ever reimburse the money for two nights. Totally not recommended.

1.0Terrible, children running around like monkeys. Making noise in the evening when people sleep. Rooms are like prostitution, terribly smelly. Don’t stay. Avoid this hotel if you come to Batam. Aircond not working. Water heater not working. Staff not friendly. Very very very very very very terrible
