Not renting a hotel from there ever again.
2.0It was close to knotts berry farm.
− That there were cockroaches in the rooms and one of the rooms verry little hot water and in my room the water was burning. Didn’t complain to anyone because I was busy at the parks all day and exhausted.

Disappointed in the room condition. Not updated in years, and dirty.
4.0Check in staff was warm and friendly.
− Floor made our feet brown, the refrigerator and coffee maker wasn't plugged in, and required me to move heavy furniture for the plug in. There was a lot of dirt and a dead cockroach there. Even though they knew 5 would be in the room, there was only 3 towels, and no wash clothes. They brought us more, which was appreciated.
