10.0These two gentlemen were my valets when I checked into the hotel they were very attentive anytime I came to the door checking to see if I needed my car I guess the app was working properly I give them 10 stars out of 10
Great Customer Service
10.0We are attending a music conference at the Waterside Marriott in Norfolk, VA. From the valet service, when we arrived, to our front desk experience the staff has been very courteous and helpful. The valet reps particularly Kris, Jamar and Alex were on point finding me a cart to help unpack then, helped register our car. Kris went the extra mile, after our car was parked, and went back after I left a bag on the car floor in back. Airriana, at the front desk, was equally helpfu getting us checked in and has such a lovely disposition. You can tell that the staff takes pride in what they do here. I look forward to the remainder of our stay knowing these young people are on staff.
