2.0Staff was unapologetic about the lack of housekeeping after 1st night. Requested housekeeping for 2nd night and it did not happen. Another excuse. Shower faucet was reversed hot /cold. Bugs in rooms. Beds were uncomfortable. Overall terrible expedience..

6.0Superficially, it looked good after reviewing the details.It needed more work specifically.There is a telephone in the room, but it's not connected at all. The water faucet in the shower was completely reversed.Cold was hot hot was cold, there was one ice machine for the entire building, and it was empty.And I was told, tenants must have filled up their cooler.But when I walked past it, it was streaming water out of the ice compartment.So I believe it was broke. Also, this is the first time i've ever seen a pop machine with a label on it.That says waiting for deliveries plus other than two types of cheerios extremely limited food.

10.0We needed an early check-in and the owners went out of their way to make it happen. Even going so far as to call my cell phone when the room was ready rather than us just hanging out in our car. Wonderful service!
