10.0Exceptional stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore! The staff provided outstanding hospitality from check-in to check-out. Mr.Aslam Khan also took care of everything during my stay perfectly. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. On top of that, the food was delicious with impressive quality and variety. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be back!
Management need to be more concerned of guests. They don't care.

− They did not provide liquid soap and shampoo, even they are not aware of it. After asking for several times and two days , I got it.

10.0The staff were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. Especially mr Nuaman the duty manager who personally made sure my stay was perfect. Special thanks as well to Samer and Abdelrehman from Reception.
− Food variety in brekfast was not the best.
