10.0We stayed for a week earlier this month. There was a problem with our reservation (done through an agency), The hotel had our reservation but it had been downgraded. The staff was sympathetic and corrected the problem on the spot. The week was great and we would stay there again without hesitation.

8.0Balcony small but did have two chairs Overlooked the rear of the property The view is very nice Hot tub could have been a little cleaner and hotter. Staff was great.

10.0We loved the view of the ocean, hot tub, and pool - especially adult only hours. No free breakfast but that was ok. Bathroom sink has draining problems and bathroom a bit run down overall but the low price made up for that. Would recommend!

10.0Quiet at night with a beautiful view and gorgeous sunrise. Nice for walking to waters edge. Wish I brought my swimsuit for the pool. Gladly stay here again.

10.0This amazing place has room views of the Penobscot Bay! The rooms are spacious and so clean and comfortable! They don't have a breakfast but we grabbed fast food not far away. We stayed here to spend some time seeing Belfast. They have an outdoor seating area with a fireplace table! The views are amazing! They have an expansive lawn that goes all.the way down to the bay. They have lawn chairs, a large chess game outside! You will be very glad you stayed here!

6.0The hotel was adequate. I was in town for 2 nights on business and it met my needs but nothing special. Very disappointed with no continental breakfast options at all, Room was clean.
