Poor place to stay
2.0arrived to find the room we picked didn't allow pets in the room. We would not have stayed there. the front desk person was rude and refused to help with cancellation. We had to drive around and find another hotel. She claimed they didn't even have a room we could get with our pet

DO NOT STAY HERE!
2.0DO NOT STAY HERE. We woke up in the middle of the night to find the floors soaking wet and disgusting. My wife slipped and nearly fell. We had to lay down towels just to avoid injury. The manager told us the AC had to be set to a frigid 65–68°F to keep the floors from “sweating,” and offered us an extra blanket so we wouldn’t be cold. That was their solution. We immediately left the hotel and cancelled the rest of our stay. Best Western still billed us for that horrid, sleepless night.
No coffee!
2.0The building was dated, but the biggest problem was the complete lack of a coffee pot and the staff was not friendly.
HORRIBLE
1.0− Absolutely horrible experience. Had to walk through so much smoke to get to the room checking in late at night. Realized in the morning how much black mold was in the room. Then, when trying to get breakfast, was illegally denied because my service animal was with me. Never stay here. What a horrible experience. I will be filing a complaint with the ADA since it is illegal to deny service to a disabled person with a service animal.
