6.0− No one at front desk for over 20 minutes on Friday night around 5:30 . No note saying stepped out. No phone response either. Staff finally arrived after 3 people had left, not friendly. Room was nice.

10.0It's an older building, but rooms have been updated. It was clean and just what we needed. What made this place special were the people at the front desk. I came to check in and then explore the town. I did not expect Ms. Martha, front desk, to be my personal trip advisor! She made the experience of the town what it was. She had a hand drawn map, pointed out the best local spots, tourist traps, and was over the top with hospitality. She loves her job and it shows. Breakfast was a full continental breakfast as expected. Did not leave breakfast hungry. It was a quiet night there, beds were comfortable, bathroom clean. All we could ask for. It was a 10/10 experience. Go talk to Ms. Martha even if you don't stay the night here.
