One of our most memorable travel experiences
10.0We recently stayed at Cirasellaetna in Sant’Alfio for three nights. Laura, with the assistance of Giuseppe, was an amazing host. The food she cooked for us was simply sensational. The accommodation is in a 250 year old stone house which has been lovingly restored over many, many years. The property is located within the Etna National Park and we could even see the lava flow at night from the orchard! It is such a serene place to stay and disconnect from the frenetic pace of everyday life. Thank you Laura for the interesting conversations, delicious food and wonderful memories.

9.0L'emplacement est idéal pour randonner sur l'Etna. Les chambres sont rustiques mais propres. Il faut absolument prendre au moins un repas du soir sur place car Laura est une cuisinière exceptionnelle !
− J'ai trouvé Giuseppe assez froid et distant, au point qu'on avait parfois l'impression de déranger. C'est dommage !

10.0Generous dinner, might be on the pricey side but it is worth every euro. Garden, proximity to hiking trails ( it's better to use a car anyways). View of Etna. Comfy beds. Air, fog , flowers.

− Vi måtte snu i døren. Svarte overhodet ikke til forventningene. Rommene er veldig slitte og gamle. Ser ut som rommene er en ombygd stall. Prisen står ikke i forhold til kvaliteten på overnattingsstedet. Selv om vi tapte pengene vår, klarte vi ikke og bo der.
