− room looked it was being maintained by a 10 year old. who ever did the painting and ceiling repair was not capable of the job. Exhaust fan did not work, runner on floor was wore out, almost see through it, flooring had big gaps in it.

− I asked for a handicap room, The front desk said the bathrooms come with bars for your needs. Okay, that was true, but there was a tub. I couldn't get into it. I needed a walk-in shower, which they didn't have. Plus, the TV's only had the weather channel.

Good economical place to stay, a bit run down and in need of some sprucing up in most areas.
6.0The room was nice, it did smell a bit musty when we first go there. The bathroom was clean, but the faucets moved around a bit in the tub. Nice size fridge, it had a coffee maker, ironing board and iron, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable, it also had a couch area that set very low to the ground. The rug that was placed in front of the couch was a little old and dingy and could be replaced. Free breakfast was a plus, very small area to eat at. maybe 10-12 people could fit at a time. Very good coffee.
− on the outside of the motel there were stacks of rocks and bricks that needed picked up the pool area had chairs that were faded and one lounge chair needed thrown out. The fencing around the pool needed to be painted. The place needs a lot of sprucing up that wouldn't take a lot of money or time. There was also some debris in the pool area behind the sitting area, more rocks and broken cement. The breakfast did not have any eggs or bacon or sausage. It was very small area to make waffles, and bagels, you had to wait in line to make a waffle or bagel.
