I will not stay at location again.

Parking was good sine there were only a few cars in lot

− Cleanliness. Ended up going to local store to get lysol wipes to wipe down room. Doors table toliet ect. Did not notice at first but curtains seem to have mold on them.

Filthy room with leftover belongings, strong cigarette odor in a non-smoking space, and an overall uncomfortable, unsafe

The location was very convenient

− To start, the check-in process took forever. The clerk kept getting kicked out of the booking.com website. We booked a non-smoking room that had an ashtray and smelt like cigarette smoke. To say that the room was filthy is an understatement. The walls were covered with sticky gobs of who knows what, there was food and fuzz on the walls by the trash cans. The floor was disgusting. There was another man’s shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous customer. The top comforters had nasty white markings on them and holes from cigarettes. The toilet paper was half used and not even on the toilet paper holder. They only gave us one bath towel and one hand towel when we booked a double Queen room. There were people living in the rooms next to us, sitting outside of their room, smoking cigarettes, talking on the phone. We were unaware it was an extended stay type of hotel.

Slept comfortably without looking outside if my vehicle was safe

− Checked in and wasn’t told they didnt have water was all night and all day till about 3:30pm without water the walls were dirty the sheets were stained floor wasn’t swept or mopped it was a horrible place I wouldn’t pay that much to stay there
