10.0The staff were excellent and really accommodating as soon as I arrived. I contacted the hotel prior to my stay for parking and they were extremely responsive. The room was very well equipped and clean. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

1.0− 第一，门把手有问题，我朋友第一天女孩自己住，多亏我去她屋子找她 发现门一直是开着的。 第二，搞笑死了，给两个女孩换了个两个床的房间， 晚上九点回去发现换的房间根本没打扫卫生。然后这个让我觉得很气愤的点，我下了单提示我有人在我之前下的订单，所以我又多花了二十欧，定了两个大床房，到了酒店要求我扫手机交什么押金，我才发现我支付了两次房费。这个是booking系统的问题，收了我的钱，没给我订单。然后还需要我多花20欧。 在布鲁塞尔定的酒店真的是人在囧途。第一个是个公寓式，我们都开车在路上了告诉我们，公寓电坏了，可以给推荐另一个小很多，价格还要贵的公寓。真的是叫人难忘。 最近这些次在booking 定的房间。 除了杜塞 ibis 好评，其他都垃圾的要死！
