8.0Even though the hotel is under renovations, it was very clean. Housekeeping did a great job. The staff was very friendly. The only downside we found was with the breakfast. They would only fill a few pieces of eggs and sausage at a time. If you said they needed more, it would take approximately 15 minutes to get more. The breakfast attendant was VERY friendly and helpful though

4.0Vincent was really helpful. I had to book the room for an additional day and he made sure I didn't have to switch rooms. Other than that, it's a pretty run down hotel in a pretty run down area. Also don't park in the lot across the street or they'll give you a parking ticket (learned that the hard way).
