2.0Broken toilet - flooded multiple times. the room smelled like smoke even though we were told not to smoke in it because it was a non-smoking room, but my itinerary showed a smoking room, no elevator,

2.0Misleading advertising. The rooms do not look like the pictures. It feels unsafe and there is a hostile adult Indian male staff member that should not have contact with customers. The rest of the staff seemed lovely. Whoever that man was, has serious mental issues and should not be working with the public.

4.0Electrical short in room ,no breakfast ready as advertised ,half of parking lot under construction ,seating for dining area near front door of hotel, had to hold down latch to just to let water out of tub ,room door looked like it was tampered with not worth price being charged . Bed in room was comfortable thanks
Horrible place, do not stay
2.0Horrible place, do not go. Lobby smells of marijuana and cigarettes. Unclean and unkept. We canceled when we walked in but still got charged $400, what a waste! Do not stay here
