4.0Beds were soft
− Shower was dirty. Only one elevator working at a time. Breakfast wash trash and worker comment to other guest that she has other stuff to do was unprofessional when items were low. Staff was not helpful at all, stayed on their personal phones.
Worse hotel I have ever stayed at.
1.0Location. The room was dirty and had mold. Normal things, like having a ice bucket in the room, no luggage cart to bring your suitcases in, Having to pay for parking even though I was there for a procedure at Vanderbilt (I has told because I booked the room though Booking.com and not Vanderbilt they couldn't allow it. I didn't know that Vanderbilt could book hotel rooms for patients and come to find out, they don't). This room was no better than what Motel 6 or Super 8 would have.(truth be told, their rooms are probably better). 9.0I would be hoping for free parking bcoz this is property parking I shouldn't be paying $42 extra for parking. I didnt like that part at all.
