4.0Location was nice near the mall
− Comforter was too short, room smelled sour and room layout was weird
Probably would not stay again
9.0The location was good and the hotel looked clean and nice.
− The mattress was so bad we were up probably 15 time in one night if a heavier person had stayed there they would not have been to lay in that bed and there was no breakfast included that is one reason we stayed there

Hot mess express!

− They gave me a box fan because our AC unit was out in our room, very unacceptable!
A slight issue with check in

− The young man at the desk said I didn’t have a reservation. I showed him my prepaid confirmation email, spelled my first and last names, and was told I would need to contact Booking.com for a refund and rebook a room. After several minutes he found my name on a printed off sheet. It was a little nerve wracking since the prepaid reservation was not transferable or refundable. The check in process should have been seamless, as I had also indicated I would be arriving around 6pm when booking.
