8.0チェックインは無人フロント。宿泊者情報を記入する用紙を書いて、投函し、鍵を拾います。投函箱が簡単に開くようなものなのかわかりませんが、ちょっと心配です。コンドミニアムはエレベーターがないので、大きい荷物を持ってくるとしんどいと思います。部屋は多少年季が入っているものの清潔です。エアコンのカビは気になりました。ベランダに洗濯機が備え付けられていて、日に当たってボロボロでしたがちゃんと動きました。浴室は浴槽が無く、シャワーのみ。トイレも浴室にあります。

8.0自室に冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ミニキッチンが揃っているのはありがたいです。今回の部屋は冷凍庫あたりから水が出てました（結露？） 照明がメインと台所のところのみだったので、ベッドサイドまたは机にスタンドライトが欲しかったです。 あと、キッチンに換気扇がついていたらよかったな〜と思いました。

シャワー＆トイレ空間が独特。
6.0全体的には清潔で、問題ありませんでした。 冷蔵庫も冷凍庫もしっかり機能していました。洗濯干しのラック等を用意していただいており、大変助かりました。 洗濯機もしっかり動きます。 コンセント口数は少なめなので、カメラ等充電するものが沢山ある方はタコ足コードを持っていくと便利だと思います。 ただ一つ、、、 シャワー空間とトイレが、地続きで同じ空間にあること。便器が濡れないようにシャワーを浴びるのは至難の業。(多分無理) 気にならない方は大丈夫だと思うのですが、潔癖さんや、清潔感気にされる方は、メンタル的に厳しいかもしれないです。。。 湯温の安定はしないものの、真夏だと水浴びでいけました。。。 ちなみに、久米島には銭湯などのお風呂施設は無いので、部屋のシャワーに頼るしかありません。 それ以外は問題なく快適に過ごせました。
